Ingredients:

3 cups (710 ml) all-purpose flour, plus more if needed

1¼ cups (300 ml) plain yogurt

2 teaspoons (10 ml) baking powder

¼ teaspoon (1.25 ml) salt

¼ teaspoon (1.25 ml) canola oil

1 teaspoon (5 ml) butter, melted

 

Method:

In a bowl, combine flour, yogurt, baking powder, and salt; knead until rough ball is formed, adding more flour as needed.

Divide dough into four equal pieces. Roll out each piece into a flat disk.

Heat oil in a medium frying pan. Cook for approximately three minutes on each side, flipping when brown puffy spots appear; then remove to a paper towel lined plate.

Repeat for remaining dough, serve with melted butter over top.
