Ingredients:

2 garlic cloves, minced

Juice and zest of ½ lemon

1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil

1 teaspoon (5 ml) dried oregano

1 tablespoon (15 ml) powdered chicken stock

½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) salt

1 teaspoon (5 ml) ground black pepper

4 medium-sized potatoes

 

Method:

Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C).

Combine smashed garlic cloves, lemon juice and zest, olive oil, dried oregano, powdered chicken stock, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Cut potatoes into wedges, then add to bowl and toss to coat. Transfer to parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
