Ingredients
- 1 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons soya
- 4 long thai chilis chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh garlic
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend.
- Put mixture in a sauce pan and cook over medium heat until sauce is slightly syrupy, 4-5 minutes.
- Serve.
