Part 1 of Chicken Tikka Marsala
Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 mL) natural plain yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon (15 mL) freshly grated ginger
- 1 1/2 teaspoons (7 mL) ground cumin
- 1 1/2 teaspoons (7 mL) ground coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 mL) cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 mL) ground turmeric
Directions
- Prepare marinade by combining all of the marinade ingredients in a bowl and mixing well.
