Ingredients:
½ red onion
½ cucumber
2 tomatoes
2 tablespoons (30 ml) chopped cilantro
Juice from 1 lemon
1 teaspoon (5 ml) salt
1 teaspoon (5 ml) garam masala
Method:
Finely dice the onion, cucumber, and tomatoes and add to a bowl. Add the chopped cilantro and lemon juice, sprinkle with the salt and garam masala, then toss to combine.
