Overnight Oats

Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled or old fashioned oats

1 tablespoon ground flax seeds

2 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

1 cup milk of choice, dairy or plant-based

1/4 cup raspberries fresh

Optional: cinnamon for sprinkling

 

Method

  1. In a small jar or container add the rolled oats, flax seeds, chia seeds and cocoa powder, then stir to combine.
  2. Pour your milk of choice over the mixture and mix everything well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Remove from the fridge, garnish with the fresh raspberries and enjoy!
