- 2 Filets, Thick Cut 2”
- Graza Frizzle High Heat Cooking Oil
- Blackstone Steakhouse Seasoning
- 2 Sticks Butter
- 1tsp Chilli Powder
- 1Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1tsp Smoked Paprika
- 2Tbsp Garlic, Minced
- ½ tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 1Tbsp Shallot, Minced
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 1 Russet Potato, Cut into Chips 1/8” Thick
- 2C Broccoli Florets
- 2 Sprigs Rosemary
- 2 Sprigs Thyme
- 2” Lemon Peel or End
Methods
- Preheat griddle to high heat. Allow 10-15 minutes or until the surface darkens and light smoke appears
- Add Butter and all spices and Lemon piece to a small foil pan or drip tray insert on griddle. Allow butter to melt, stirring in seasonings to create a butter bath.
- Using a knife scruff the surface of the filet top and bottom and season with Steakhouse seasoning.
- Add Graza Frizzle to griddle, then lay down steaks. Allow each side to cook for 3-4 minutes creating a nice hard crust. After each minute of so dredge into the butter bath pan picking up the flavorful butter mixture.
