Cilantro Radish Relish

  1. Rise cilantro under cold running water, bolt dry with paper towels and pluck the leaves from the stem.
  2. Rise and trim radishes from stem and cut them into ¼ inch dice. Cut onion into ¼ inch dice.
  3. Combine the cilantro, radishes and onion in a serving bowl toss to mix. Relish is best served with 2 hours of preparing.
