Part 1 of Kimchi Hot Pot
Ingredients
- 150 – 200g Kimchi:
 - 3 cups chicken stock
 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
 - 3 tablespoons miso
 - 1/2 tablespoon sugar
 - Any vegetables of your choice
 
Directions
- Add the chicken stock, soy sauce (1 tablespoon), miso, and sugar to an earthenware pot.
