Grilled Tuna with Three Sauces

Serves 4

Preparation time is 15 minutes, cooking 10 minutes

Sauce #1

  1. Season tuna with salt and pepper and brush with oil, place on warm grill and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, per side or until tuna is cooked through.
  2. Combine scallion, coriander, lime juice, soy and wasabi paste to a sauce pan and bring to a boil and then remove from heat and whisk in butter.
  3. Plate tuna pieces on to separate serving plates and spoon sauce over each piece.
  4. Serve and enjoy!

Sauce #2

  1. Season tuna with salt and pepper and brush with oil, place on warm grill and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, per side or until tuna is cooked through.
  2. Combine balsamic, water, lemon juice and brown sugar in a saucepot to reduce and thicken.
  3. Plate tuna pieces on to separate serving plates and spoon sauce over each piece and garnish with fresh chives.
  4. Serve and enjoy!

  1. Season tuna with salt and pepper and brush with oil, place on warm grill and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, per side or until tuna is cooked through.
  2. Combine lemon juice, butter, wine and Dijon to a pot and bring to a gentle boil.
  3. Plate tuna pieces on to separate serving plates and spoon sauce over each piece.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
