Ingredients
- Natural cut tritip steak – 1.5 inch (3.8 cm) thickness
- Chimmi Churri [1]
Directions
- Pour half of your chimmi churri [1]marinade over steak and allow to marinade over night
- Remove from marinade and allow to come to room temperature.
- Heat char broiler to high
- Oil grill.
- Place steak on grill and grill for 5 minutes or until nice golden char marks are achieved.
- Flip and continue to cook, basting with chimmy churri [1] sauce.
- Remove from grill and plate.
- Tent on plate with aluminum foil for 10 minutes to allow the meat to relax and reconstitute juice in meat.
- Carve and serve with chimmy churri [1]sauce.
