Grilled Grouper and Almond Butter

  1. Mix the butter, almonds, parsley and almond extract together in a bowl. Roll up into a log in plastic wrap and rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat the grill to high heat. Season grouper with oil, salt and pepper and place onto oiled grill for 3 ½ minutes per side.
  3. Remove from grill and serve warm with almond butter discs melting on top.
