Jasmin Rose Ibrahim
Spending a lot of time on her family farm in Embrun, Ontario, Jasmin’s appreciation for food came naturally. From a young age, Jasmin Rose has had a strong personal connection with Lebanese cuisine. Inspired by her father, a successful restauranteur, Jasmin developed a passion for Lebanese cuisine while preparing traditional Lebanese dishes with family.
Today, she passes on her knowledge as representative for the Ottawa Lebanese Festival and by hosting Lebanese cooking demonstrations. Jasmin wants to inspire Canadians to make authentic Lebanese dishes! Her food philosophy is that there’s always room for more.
