Yield: 4 servings
ingredients:
- 1 cardamom pod
 - 1 cup (240 ml) water
 - 4 teaspoons (20 ml) powdered Turkish coffee
 
method:
Place cardamom pod in the bottom of a demi-tasse cup.
Add water and coffee powder to a pan. Add coffee powder. Put pan on to heat.
Pour coffee into cup.
Serve with Spiced Rice Pudding (see recipe).
