A classic thai beverage on a hot day. The ground cardamom gives the drink a special sweetness and the condensed milk makes it rich and thick over lots of ice.
Ingredients
- 2 Cups cold strong coffee (500ml) chilled
- 1 tablespoon sugar (15ml)
- ½ teaspoon ground cardamom (2.5ml)
- ¾ cup condensed milk (180ml)
- Ice
Directions
- Mix the above ingredients to combine. Pour over ice in tall glass.
