Ingredients:
2 large tomatoes, diced
1 small red onion, diced
1 small jalapeno, seeded and diced finely
½ cup (120 ml) chopped cilantro
1 garlic clove, minced
¼ cup (60 ml) lime juice
Salt and pepper
Method:
Combine tomatoes, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a serving dish. Let sit for 10-15 minutes to allow flavours to mingle. Serve with heated tortilla chips.
